Using Screensharing Software

You've finished your breakfast and are off to work. Once at your desk, you boot your computer to finish a press release were writing to send your PR firm in the afternoon. But damn!... you were working on it on your home computer last night, and the latest draft is in that machine. Now you have to go home and put the draft on your zip drive, or redo the draft at the office or (heaven forbid) postpone the press release for a day.

Supposing you could operate your home computer from your office computer? you could access the draft on your home computer and email it to your webmail account (like a gmail or hotmail acccount) .Then you could download the draft from that account into your office computer. problem solved! No frustration and plenty of elation because your peress release goes to the PR guys on time.

This happy ending can be a reality with screensharing software. There are several on the market and I've been using two of them for more than two years. I simply couldn't do without them, and in the following posts will explain how using this software can pull in more customers as well as make you more productive.

Stay tuned!
